Please read through all the FAQs before making a purchase.
When will you ship my order?
All orders that include a "[PREORDER ONLY]" name will be shipped sometime around March-April 2025! This is because we are planning to order after the Lunar New Year time.
Any order without the preorder name, will be shipped immediately!
Why can't you ship to Canada and EU/NI?
Due to the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), we will no longer be able to ship physical products to the EU and Northern Ireland. Any orders to there will be refunded.
Due to a strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, we will not be able to ship to Canada as of now.
How come some products don't come with pictures?
Some products are new in production, therefore we don't have actual pictures of it. If you'd like to wait to see before purchasing, they should be uploaded by January!
Where is the store based, and in what currency?
Los Angeles, CA, USA. The currency is all in USD!
Will you restock your merchandise?
Yes, we will restock a lot of our merchandise in the future!
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we can! Please note that the customer will be responsible for any customs fees or taxes charged.
Can you ship to my country?
All orders can be shipped worldwide, with some exceptions. Please check here for a list of countries we are unable to ship to:

We will issue a refund if you order from any of those countries.
What is the store's return and exchange policy?
All sales after purchase are final. If your product comes damaged, make sure to have video proof of you opening the unopened mail.

I gave the wrong address. What should I do?
Please DM us right away through @/stopitdokja on Twitter or [email protected].
However, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the address, reroute the shipping, or give a refund, as it is out of our hands. If the package arrives back to us, you will be charged again to pay for shipping to the new address.
The order I got is missing, incorrect, or damaged!
Send us an email, and we will send over the correct item right away! Please make sure to send the order number and proof!
My order said it was delivered, but I didn't receive it.
We are unable to replace or give refunds to any packages after they have been shipped. However, there are some solutions to finding a missing package:
USPS sometimes updates packages as "delivered," but it may come at a later date.
- Ask your neighbors if they accidentally took your package.
- Contact your local post office to help find your package.
- If none of the solutions above help, USPS has a missing mail/package form to fill out: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Why did the price increase?
Please consider the time, skill, cost of packaging, and materials it took to make the dolls. Preorder buyers got a lower price because of the early funding of the dolls.
Will I get the guest artist merchandise?
Since preorders have passed, there will be no guest artist merchandise added.
